Working with the flow of your energy by vocalizing different parts of the body that has been holding tension and to free blocked energy in your system. With a combination of breath, voice, touch and guidance.

This is a deep and beautiful session that will help you connect to the true power of your voice.

Vocal Dearmouring

A deep healing process where we activate the voice and then use the activated voice to clear stagnant energy in the system. We release trauma and tension deep in the body by combining the activated voice with dynamic pressure point massage. It’s to free the life force energy and connect it with the voice to support with the healing process.

Joseph has a deep, intuitive understanding of sound and resonance. His work guides people through an alchemical process – blending breath, voice, and the felt sense of the body – to unlock the how the powerful capacity of the vibrations of the body can lead us to truth.

The Vocal Liberation Workshop

Your Voice Is A Gateway For Your Soul To Manifest

Through a clear understanding how to use our breath together with your voice in somatic exercises you will create a new relationship to your expression grounded in truth. In this process you will most likely also free yourself of stagnant energy - tension in your body that comes from things you haven't said, felt or given space to before.

Practicals:

1-2 hours in a group setting

No experience needed - all skill levels are welcome
